A Mana Font is a highly magical artifact that provides mana for the use of wizards.  Usually shaped like an intricate fountain with one or more gems inside.

=====Rules=====
  * a Mana Font requires one hand to carry.  it counts as Being of Small size.
  * while carried it cannot be used.
  * Mana Fonts only function when in contact with the ground.  the will not function in a water hex.
  * A Mana Font when functioning provides any wizard that is in the same hex as it with 6 Mana per turn, no matter what shape they are in.
  * more than one Mana Font may be placed in the same hex and they are cummulative.
